| Colonel Rathys will freely admit that she is the daughter of the infamous Galen Rathys, also known as King Cobra, the notorious super powered criminal and geneticist. Her record of accomplishments in the cause of justice and human rights should more than put her father's legacy to rest as far as she is concerned. She was born on her father's secret island base off the coast of India and lived there until the age of nine, when she was rescued by a the U.S. Army's Perseus Team in the resolution of a 1972 hostage incident. While many of the tortured specimens discovered perished shortly afterward, or remain in institutions, the strange young immigrant took readily to American life, and carried the dream of becoming a super powered agent for her adopted country following the example of her rescuers. She kept her father's name, determined to reclaim it as her own, and trained hard at The Olympus Project facilities, joining the newly formed Lawmen Agency at the young age of eighteen. Since then, she has forged her own path, and has proven a strong defender of justice, even doing battle with her own father on numerous occasions , and the toughness and skill she exhibits daily makes her a fitting leader for one of B.A.S.E.'s largest bureaus, in Los Angeles. |
