TITAN : Colonel Hector Montoya
| Colonel Montoya began his crime fighting career before he discoverd his super powers, enrolling in the Florida State Police Academy and serving on their highway patrol for two years. It's suspected his powers arose as a result of being on site for a hazardous chemical spill on Interstate 95. Shortly afterward, he quit the police force and struck out as a super powered freelancer, operating along the Gulf Coast and in the Caribbean, until he was recruited by The Crusaders in 1976, just two years before their disbanding. He followed some of his comrades to the newly formed Lawmen Agency, and remained with them until the formation of the B.A.S.E. program in the early nineties. Titan was one of the key players in the resolution of The Vigilantes conflict in 1990, and is responsible for bringing many of the first class of B.A.S.E. operatives on board. He returned to his native state of Florida to serve as the bureau cheif of the South East branch, but also makes frequent appearances at the training academy at Titan Flats as an instructor. |
