T'Morill of K'Torek came to Earth in the late 1800's as a field researcher and vanished into the shadows to observe humanity. His mission ended 50 years ago as numerous disasters simultaneously befell his home planet, wiping out his species and stranding him. It was shortly afterward that he aquired his power over luck and karma, as if a cosmic apology had been issued on his behalf. He chose to act in small ways to aid the denizens of his adopted home, which eventually led to his discovery by the authorities in the late 90's. Deciding to come out into the open, he enrolled in the B.A.S.E. program, and was assigned to the Boston HQ upon completing his training. He chose the code name "Donald" for reasons fathomable only to him.

For a time he served with distinction, but the pressure and risk of the job took it's toll on him, and he became increasingly uncompromising and violent, especially under the influence of an experimental drug meant to stabilize his alien system's reaction to our atmosphere. After a particularly grueling operation dealing with an extraterrestrial incursion in Apple Creek, VT., Donald vanished. His current wherabouts are unknown, and he is being sought by B.A.S.E. and the FBI for violations of both the Baily Act and B.E.I.N. immigration laws.
