| DeathKnell appeared on the scene in 1970, cutting a swath through the Midwest with her tremendous sonic powers. Shortly afterward she hooked up with The Antimatter Man, proceeding on an interstate rampage that included the murders Iron and Nitrogen, the sole surviving members of Dr. Thorium's Element Men. The pair clashed frequently with The Crusaders, but managed to elude them, as well as the police and federal authorities. They apparently had a falling out in the late 1970's, and DeathKnell went back to operating solo, or as the leader of a succession of super powered gangs. She teamed up again breifly with The Antimatter Man in the 1980's, shortly before his death in a battle with The Lawmen Agency. She has gained a considerable reputation in the super powered underground as a master mind and organizer, and to work with her is a much sought after mark of prestige among super criminals. She is currently at large, but hasn't been heard from since 1998. |
