| Also known by her full title as Duchess of the Order of the Crimson Dragon, this powerful sorceress first surfaced in Edinburgh, Scotland in 1993, and came to the United States two years later, spreading chaos and carnage wherever she traveled. She is usually to be found leading doomsday cultists in schemes to garner more supernatural power, or to disrupt or destroy civilization as we know it. She has been known to cooperate with other super powered criminals on a limited basis when it serves her ends, but overall she has a reputation in the super powered underground for treachery and cruelty. She operates primarily on the East Coast, but hasn't been sighted since her last cult was broken up by B.A.S.E. operatives working with the F.B.I. in late 2000. |
